Michaela Sheranko Walz, musician known as Fleuke, started sharing her journey with Lyme disease in the fall of 2017 while going through her third type of treatment for the disease and its co-infections. She has been battling the disease since 2008.

 

Shortly after, she began building a community through i love the way you lyme.  Since then, she has thrown a handful of benefit shows in Nashville and New England raising money for people’s lyme testing & treatments as well as continued writing songs about her lyme journey.
